Overview
The Mahindra 1635 is a compact utility farm tractor powered by a 2.0L three-cylinder direct injection diesel engine rated at 36.2 hp. Available in both eight-speed sync shuttle and three-range hydrostatic transmission configurations, the model features a four-wheel drive system and a Category I rear hitch with a 2,646-pound lift capacity. Production of this series includes configurations for a folding ROPS or an optional cab with operating weights between 3,075 and 3,527 pounds.
Ideal Applications
Power Plant and PTO Output:
The Tier IV compliant 125 ci diesel engine operates at a rated 2500 RPM, producing a claimed 27.6 hp at the PTO for shuttle models and 26 hp for hydrostatic versions.
Transmission and Drive Train:
Mechanical options include an 8-speed sync shuttle or an infinite 3-range hydrostatic transmission paired with four-wheel drive and wet disc brakes.
Hydraulic System Specifications:
The open center hydraulic system provides a total flow of 10.8 gpm, split between a 7.5 gpm pump flow and a 3.3 gpm steering flow to support position control hitching and various listed attachments.
